Items for sale include the following. I prefer to sell as a complete package. Delivery within a 100-mile radius is considered, provided full payment is made upfront.
Except for components that have been replaced or recovered, all the fabric is original. There are NO signs of peeling or cracking, and the furniture appears to be in near-new condition.

Sienna Cliffside (Beige)
1. SET #1, Two power recliners with built-in charging stations, and accessory table for each. Storage pocket beneath each arm rest. Both chair backs were replaced in 2024, and one spare chair back is also included.
2. SET #2, This dinette seating area is also designed to serve as a small bed, with a cushion included, but not the platform, which is the dinette table (we are retaining the table). Plus, each side bench has spacious storage drawers. Just a heads-up: as mentioned, the dinette table top isn’t included, but you can easily utilize a plywood cutout or any other replacement product to create the sleep platform.
For your reference, we encountered a peeling issue with one recliner armrest. Both armrests were recovered. One recliner back began to peel. Both backs were replaced, and the reason there’s a spare recliner back included (kept the good one). All mechanical functions work as expected. There’s currently no issue with the dinette, we simply chose to replace while replacing the recliners.
